Customer Resposibilities...
- Any self built furniture pieces (i.e. desks, entertainment center) will need to be disassembled and reassembled by customer.
- Movers will provide tv boxes for tv's 60 inches and under. For tv's bigger than 60 inches we recommend using the box it was purchased in. If you no longer have the box, we can provide one at an extra cost.

FOR YOUR INFORMATION...
- Schedule ahead to secure your ideal date and time
- If you will be packing your own items please don't over pack & label your boxes
- Keep pets locked up and out of the way
- All valuable jewelry, keepsakes, high value cell phones or large amounts of cash should be secured/handled by Customer. NO Exceptions
- Firearms/Weapons should be removed from home and transported by customer NO Exceptions (S&Q Movers will not be held liable for Firearms/Weapons at worksites)
- Make sure movers have access to all loading and unloading areas
- Inform movers of any items not being packed or moved
- Some moves require a deposit to be paid within 24- 48hrs of the move date, your date/time will be forfeited
- Being ready and organized on the day of your move will help us make your move smooth, stress-free and SAVE MONEY
- ***S&Q MOVERS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DECLINE ANY JOB WE FEEL IS OUT OF OUR SCOPE OF PRACTICE OR THAT WAS COMMUNICATED WITH DECEPTION DURING TELEPHONE QUOTE. WE URGE ALL CUSTOMERS TO BE HONEST AND FORTHCOMING ABOUT THEIR MOVING NEEDS. WHEN WE ARRIVE TO YOUR LOCATION AND START THE WALK THROUGH, ANY CONDITIONS OR ITEMS NOT MENTIONED WILL RESULT IN AN INCREASE IN YOUR INVOICE.
